ottobre 2014, ecco il nostro progetto per piazza Castello senza automobili. La proposta prevede il coinvolgimento di diverse presenze storiche attive in città nell’ambito del verde urbano e della cooperazione sociale, dal Boscoincittà all’Orto Botanico di Brera, nella realizzazione di una sistemazione leggera, reversibile e riciclabile. Il progetto mira a riportare lo spazio automobilistico attuale ad una scala più adatta al camminare e al sostare.

Il primo dei due video è una panoramica semicircolare del modello di progetto, il secondo mostra come potrebbe avvenire la realizzazione, esemplificando la trasformazione di una sezione tipo della piazza.

/ October 2014, here is our project for piazza Castello without cars. The proposal involves different associations and institutions working on cooperation and green urban spaces, to realize a light, reversible and recyclable layout. The project wants to bring the present car-oriented space to a scale more in tune with walking and pausing.

The first video is a half-round pan on the project maquette, the second one shows how the realization would happen, exemplifying the progress of the works in a typical section of the square.
